Center for Vein Restoration (CVR), a private group of clinics focusing on treatment of varicose veins and spider veins, needed to position itself as clinically focused and appeal to referring physicians. The main point of differentiation from CVR’s competitors is the depth and breadth of its research capabilities, and the extensive clinical procedures offered in the company’s clinics. Patient referrals were 80% of CVR’s patient base, and growing as the company expands into new geographic territories. By the end of 2015 the company’s expansion totaled 46 full-service clinics in eight states and the District of Columbia, and Sales team of 40 physician liaisons.
RESULTS: Unique #800’s are applied to all ads and collateral pieces, unique per each media outlet. Data is collected daily from CVR’s Call Center, and analyzed to provide an ROI report and recommendation. Anecdotal response has been positive via new patient questionnaire and reporting from referring physicians. Creatively and strategically, the program is already a dramatic departure from previous efforts and is recognizably unique and different from competitors.
